Ingredients:
- 500 g of your choice of protein (chicken, fish, or tofu)
- 1 dl milk
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Prepare your frying area: ensure a fire blanket is nearby, a lid is next to the stove, and the sprinkler is in place overhead.
2. Cut the protein into bite-sized pieces.
3. In a bowl, mix together the milk, flour, salt, black pepper, and paprika to create a batter.
4. Dip each piece of protein into the batter, then coat with breadcrumbs.
5. Heat oil in a deep pan or fryer until hot.
6. Fry the coated pieces until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
7. Remove the fried bites and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
