A delicious Finnish fish sandwich cake made with smoked and cured salmon, cream cheese, and fresh herbs. Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
- 200 g cold-smoked salmon
- 200 g cured salmon
- 150 g cream cheese
- 100 g mayonnaise
- 1 dl sour cream
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 dl chopped chives
- 1 dl chopped dill
- 1 pack whole grain bread
- Salt and pepper to taste
- For garnish: lemon wedges and fresh herbs
Instructions:
1. Prepare the filling by mixing cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, chives, and dill in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Spread a layer of bread on a serving platter and coat it with the filling.
3. Place the cold-smoked salmon evenly over the filling.
4. Add another layer of bread and coat it again with the filling.
5. Place the cured salmon on top of the layer and cover it with one more slice of bread.
6. Spread the remaining filling over the sandwich cake and smooth the top.
7. Allow the cake to chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
8. Garnish the cake with lemon wedges and fresh herbs before serving.
