Delicious and easy-to-make fish patties that the whole family will enjoy.Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 g fish (e.g., perch or salmon)
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 dl cream
- 1 onion
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Finely chop the onion and sauté it in a pan with oil until it is soft.
2. Cut the fish into small pieces or use pre-cooked fish.
3. In a bowl, mix the fish, sautéed onion, breadcrumbs, cream, egg, salt, black pepper, and herbs.
4. Shape the mixture into round patties.
5. Heat oil in a pan and fry the patties on both sides until golden brown.
6. Serve the patties with potatoes or salad.
