A deliciously smoky and tangy marinated meat skewer that melts in your mouth, perfect for a grilling evening.
Preparation Time: 2 hours (including marinating)
Serving Size: 4 servings

Ingredients:

- 800 g beef (such as chuck or tenderloin)
- 2 onions
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 dl vinegar (such as apple cider vinegar)
- 1 dl oil (such as sunflower oil)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder (optional)
- Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions:

1. Cut the beef into 3-4 cm cubes.
2. Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic.
3. In a large bowl, mix together the vinegar, oil, honey, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and chili powder.
4. Add the beef cubes and chopped onions and garlic to the marinade. Mix well to coat the meat thoroughly.
5. Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
6. Soak wooden skewers in water for about 30 minutes if using wooden ones.
7. Thread the marinated meat cubes onto the skewers.
8. Grill the skewers on a hot grill for about 10-15 minutes, turning regularly, until the meat is beautifully browned and cooked through.
9. Serve hot with a fresh salad or bread.
