These delicious Brazilian beef kabobs are a perfect choice for summer barbecues. The marinade enhances the meat's flavor and keeps it juicy.

Ingredients:

- 0.25 dl olive oil
- 0.25 tsp pepper
- 0.5 dl beef or pork loin, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 bell peppers, cut into pieces
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 8 small potatoes, cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp chopped onion
- 170 g bacon, cut into strips

Instructions:

1. Cut the meat into cubes.
2. In a bowl, mix together the marinade ingredients: olive oil, pepper, lemon juice, salt, and chopped onion.
3. Pour the marinade over the meat cubes and let them marinate for at least two hours.
4. Soak wooden skewers in cold water for about 30 minutes.
5. Cut the bell peppers and potatoes into suitable sized pieces.
6. Wrap bacon strips around the meat cubes.
7. Thread the marinated meat, bell peppers, and potatoes alternately onto the skewers.
8. Grill the kabobs on a hot grill for about 10-15 minutes, until the meat is cooked through and has a nice color.
