Juicy beef skewers marinated in a delicious grill sauce, perfect for summer grilling! Preparation Time: 1 hour (including marinating)
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 600 g beef tenderloin - 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 8-10 skewers
Instructions:
1. Cut the beef tenderloin into 3 cm cubes. 2. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, black pepper, salt, and paprika powder to create the marinade.
3. Add the beef cubes to the marinade and mix well to ensure all pieces are coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
4. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
5. Thread the marinated beef cubes onto the skewers.
6. Grill the skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning regularly, until the meat is cooked through and has a nice grill mark.
7. Serve warm with a side salad or grilled vegetables.
