A delicious Moroccan-inspired chicken skewer recipe, seasoned with aromatic spices and served with a delightful harissa yogurt sauce.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons ras el hanout spice blend
- A handful of fresh parsley
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 500 g ground chicken
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Sauté them in oil until softened.
2. Add the ras el hanout spice blend to the onions and sauté for a moment longer. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
3. Stir in the chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper into the cooled mixture. Mix well.
4. Combine the spice mixture with the ground chicken and mix thoroughly. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
5. Shape the marinated chicken mixture into spicy logs and skewer them onto sticks.
6. Grill the skewers for about 4 minutes on each side or fry in a pan with oil.
7. Serve with harissa yogurt sauce.
