A rich and flavorful soup, perfect as a starter or enjoyed on its own. Preparation time is about 30 minutes, and the recipe serves approximately 4.

Ingredients:

- 500 g mushrooms
- 1 large onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 L vegetable broth
- 200 ml cream
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Chop the onion and garlic finely.
2. Rinse the mushrooms and slice them.
3. Heat the butter in a pot over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, sautéing for about 5 minutes until they are soft.
4. Add the mushrooms to the pot and cook for about 10 minutes until they are golden brown.
5. Pour the vegetable broth into the pot and let the soup simmer for about 10 minutes.
6. Blend the soup until smooth using an immersion blender or a regular blender.
7. Stir in the cream and mix well. Heat the soup again, but do not bring it to a boil.
8. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
9. Serve the soup garnished with fresh parsley.
