A delicious Russian dinner that combines traditional flavors, where vodka flows and food is enjoyed in great company. Preparation time is about 2 hours, serving size is 6.Ingredients:
- 1 kg bear meat (or beef)
- 4 tablespoons oil
- 2 onions
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 carrots
- 2 dl sour cream
- 2 dl beef broth
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
- Vodka for serving
Instructions:
1. Cut the bear meat (or beef) into suitable pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat the oil in a large pan and brown the meat well on all sides.
3. Add the chopped onions and garlic to the pan, and sauté for a few minutes.
4. Grate the carrots and add them to the pan. Mix the ingredients well.
5. Add the sour cream, beef broth, mustard, and honey. Stir and let it simmer on low heat for about 1.5 hours, until the meat is tender.
6. Serve the bear meat warm, garnished with fresh dill, and enjoy with vodka.
