Ingredients

- 1 cucumber
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 1 bell pepper (preferably red or yellow)
- 100 g feta cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Rinse and peel the cucumber. Slice it into thin rounds.
2. Chop the tomatoes, red onion, and bell pepper into small pieces.
3. Combine all the vegetables in a large bowl.
4. Crumble the feta cheese over the vegetables.
5. Mix the olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then pour it over the salad.
6. Season with salt and pepper, and toss well.
