A delicious and hearty dish that combines early cabbage, rice, and ground beef, perfect for family dinners.
Preparation Time: 1 hour 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 1.5 kg early cabbage
- 0.5 dl dried garlic
- 2.5 dl three-cheese cream
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 liter water
- 3 tbsp meat broth powder
- 4 carrots
- 3 dl long-grain rice
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 1 dl sweet chili sauce
- 1 dl dried onion
- 700 g ground beef
- 2.5 dl blue cheese cream
- 1 tbsp chives
Instructions:
1. Chop the early cabbage and carrots. Sauté them in a pan until softened.
2. Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
3. Brown the ground beef in a pan. Season with salt, black pepper, and dried onion.
4. In a bowl, mix the cooked rice, ground beef, cabbage, carrots, sweet chili sauce, and meat broth powder.
5. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and top with the cream and cheese mixtures.
6. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 45 minutes, until the top is beautifully golden brown.
7. Let the dish rest for a while before serving.
