Ingredients:
- 1 kg cabbage
- 500 g ground meat (beef or pork-beef mix)
- 2 dl rice
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 dl tomato sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 dl water
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onions until soft.
2. Add the ground meat to the pan and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
3. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
4. Slice the cabbage and add it to the pan with the ground meat. Cook for a moment until the cabbage softens.
5. Mix in the cooked rice and tomato sauce. Add water as needed.
6. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 30-40 minutes.
