A delicious and hearty dish that perfectly combines cabbage and lingonberries. This recipe is easy to prepare and is great for a weekday dinner. Preparation time: 1 hour 30 minutes. Serves: 4.

Ingredients:

- 1 kg cabbage
- 500 g ground meat (beef or pork)
- 2 dl rice
- 1 onion
- 1 dl beef broth
- 1 dl cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 dl lingonberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions:

1. Peel and chop the cabbage into small pieces.
2. Cook the rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
3. Sauté the chopped onion in butter in a skillet, then add the ground meat and cook until browned.
4. In a bowl, mix the cooked meat mixture, rice, salt, and black pepper.
5. Add the chopped cabbage and beef broth to the mixture, and stir well.
6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and pour the cream over the top.
7. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake at 175°C (347°F) for about 1 hour.
8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the top is nicely browned.
9. Serve the cabbage casserole with lingonberries.
