This refreshing cabbage and tuna salad is quick and easy to prepare. It’s perfect for a light lunch or as a side dish for dinner.

Serving Size: 2-3 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cabbage, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- Fresh dill, chopped, to taste
- 1 boiled potato, diced
- Olive oil, to taste
- 1 can tuna in oil, drained
- 1 pickled cucumber, diced
- 1 boiled egg, quartered
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 6 olives, sliced
Instructions:
1. Chop the cabbage into small pieces.
2. Dice the boiled potato, pickled cucumber, and olives.
3. Drain the oil from the tuna.
4. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
5. Serve the salad on a plate, garnishing with quartered boiled egg and tomato slices.
