A delicious and nutritious salad that combines pasta, fish, and vegetables, making it a perfect meal or side dish. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2½ cups penne pasta
- 200 g salmon, cut into pieces
- 2 red onions, sliced
- 130 g black olives
- 80 g tuna
- 3 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions, drain, and rinse under cold water.
2. Cook the salmon pieces in a pan over medium heat until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Slice the red onions and add them to a large bowl.
4. Add black olives, tuna, cooked salmon, and the cooked pasta to the bowl.
5. Mix olive oil and lemon juice together, then pour over the salad. Toss well to combine.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
