Delicious and crispy chicken wings with a nice gentle heat. Perfect summer snack to enjoy with friends. Preparation Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken wings - 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 dl gochujang chili paste
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
- Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C for fan-assisted). 2. Rinse and dry the chicken wings thoroughly. Place wings in a bowl and add cornstarch and oil. Mix well to coat the wings evenly.
3. Spread the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Turn the wings halfway through baking.
4. Prepare the marinade by combining gochujang, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and minced garlic in a bowl.
5. Remove the wings from the oven and pour the marinade over them. Toss to coat the wings evenly.
6. Bake the wings for an additional 5-10 minutes to allow the marinade to caramelize.
7. Take the wings out of the oven and garnish with sesame seeds and fresh cilantro before serving.
