Ingredients
- 1 dl breadcrumbs - 1 dl water
- 1 dl heavy cream
- 400 g ground beef
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 150 g cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, water, and heavy cream. Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes to absorb the liquid.2. Add the ground beef, egg, dried basil, salt, and pepper to the soaked mixture. Mix well until combined.
3. Shape the mixture into patties.
4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
5. Place the cooked patties on a baking sheet and sprinkle cheese on top.
