A fresh and delicious salad combining fresh vegetables and aromatic Parmesan cheese. Perfect as a side dish or a light main course!
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 2-4
Ingredients:
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 package of arugula
- 70 g Parmesan cheese
- 1 head of butter lettuce
Instructions:
1. Tear the arugula and butter lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place them on a serving platter.
2. Cut the tomatoes into wedges and add them on top of the greens.
3. Use a cheese slicer to shave the Parmesan into thin flakes and sprinkle them over the salad.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
