Ingredients:
- 500 g ground beef (beef or pork)
- 1 medium cabbage
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 400 g crushed tomatoes
- 200 g cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Finely chop the cabbage.
2. Heat the oil in a large skillet and sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
3. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
4. Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet and mix well. Cook until the cabbage is tender.
5. Pour the crushed tomatoes into the mixture and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and oregano. Stir everything together.
6. Let the casserole simmer on low heat for about 15-20 minutes.
7. Grate the cheese and sprinkle it on top of the casserole. Cover with a lid and let the cheese melt.
8. Serve warm.
