Ingredients:

- 400 g chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon (juice and zest)
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 avocado
- 100 g fresh cilantro
- 100 ml yogurt (e.g., Greek yogurt)
- 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Season the chicken breasts with smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side or until the chicken is cooked through.
3. Squeeze the lemon juice and add the zest to the skillet with the chicken. Mix well.
4. Cut the cherry tomatoes and avocado into cubes and chop the cilantro.
5. In a bowl, mix the yogurt and honey. Add lemon juice to taste if needed.
6. Serve the cooked chicken breasts with the tomatoes and avocado on a plate. Sprinkle fresh cilantro on top and serve with the yogurt sauce.
