Ingredients

- 1 package (400 g) pie crust
- 1 pack (250 g) mixed vegetable strips
- 100 g bell pepper mix
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 3 teaspoons seasoning mix
- 50 g cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
- 3 eggs
- 200 ml cream
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit).
2. Roll out the pie crust and line a pie dish with it.
3. Sauté the mixed vegetable strips and bell pepper in oil for a few minutes until they soften.
4. Add the seasoning mix, salt, and pepper to the sautéed vegetables and stir well.
5. Spread the vegetable mixture evenly over the pie crust.
6. In a bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them together with the cream. Add the cheese to the mixture.
7. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the vegetables in the pie crust.
8. Bake the quiche in the oven for about 30-35 minutes until the top is beautifully golden brown.
9. Allow to cool for a moment before serving.
