Serving Size: 2 quiches
Ingredients
Crust (for 1 quiche): - 100 g butter or margarine
- ½ dl sour cream
- ½ dl potato flour
- 2 tbsp water
- About 2 dl all-purpose flour
Fillings (choose 2 different fillings):
- 1 dl cream
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fillings such as:
- Spinach and feta cheese
- Smoked salmon and dill
- Ham and cheese
- Mushrooms and onions
Instructions
1. Prepare the crust: In a bowl, mix softened butter or margarine, sour cream, potato flour, and water. Gradually add all-purpose flour until the dough is smooth. 2. Press the dough into the bottom and sides of a quiche pan. Pre-bake at 200°C (392°F) for about 10 minutes.
3. Prepare the filling: In a bowl, whisk together cream and eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Add your chosen fillings.
4. Pour the filling mixture over the pre-baked crust.
5. Bake the quiche in the oven for another 30-35 minutes, until the filling is set and the top is golden brown.
6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
