Ingredients:
- 1 medium celeriac
- 2-3 carrots
- 1 apple
- 100 ml mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 400 g turkey fillet
- 2 tbsp oil for frying
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel the celeriac and carrots. Grate the celeriac and carrots into a large bowl.
2. Peel the apple and cut it into small cubes. Add the apple cubes to the salad.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise and lemon juice. Add this mixture to the salad and stir well. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Cook the turkey fillets over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Slice the cooked turkey fillets and serve them atop the salad.
6. Garnish the dish with fresh parsley before serving.
