- 1 apple (e.g., Granny Smith)
- 100 g red cabbage
- 50 g nuts (e.g., walnuts or hazelnuts)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and grate the kohlrabi into coarse shreds.
