A delightful festive meal featuring tender beef fillet, creamy potatoes, and crisp green beans. Preparation Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:
- 500 g beef fillet
- 4 potatoes
- 200 g green beans
- 100 g butter
- 2 garlic cloves
- 100 ml red wine
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water until soft. Drain and keep warm.
2. Slice the beef fillet into portions and season with salt and pepper.
3. Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until golden brown.
4. Add the beef to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
5. Pour the red wine into the pan and add thyme. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
6. Boil the green beans in salted water for about 5 minutes, until bright green and crisp.
7. Serve the beef with potatoes and green beans, drizzling the sauce on top.
