Ingredients:
- 2 medium kohlrabi
- 1 orange (preferably organic)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Chili flakes, to taste
- Pink salt, to taste
- Pepper (e.g., a mix of four peppers or black pepper)
Instructions:
1. Wash and peel the kohlrabi.
2. Cut the kohlrabi into small cubes.
3. In a bowl, add the dry spices (chili flakes, pink salt, and pepper).
4. Squeeze the juice from the orange into the bowl and add about 1 teaspoon of orange zest.
5. Pour the olive oil into the mixture and stir well.
6. Let the salad sit for about half an hour before serving.
