Ingredients:

- 1 liter vanilla ice cream
- 200 ml Baileys Orange Truffle liqueur
- 200 g chocolate cookies (e.g., Digestive)
- 100 g butter
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 100 g marshmallows
- Zest of 1 orange
- 50 g sugar
- 200 ml heavy cream

Instructions:

1. Crush the chocolate cookies finely and mix with melted butter.
2. Press the cookie mixture into an even layer in a springform pan and freeze for about 30 minutes.
3. In a bowl, combine the vanilla ice cream, Baileys Orange Truffle, orange zest, and sugar.
4. Remove the cookie base from the freezer and pour the ice cream mixture on top.
5. Return the cake to the freezer for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
6. Melt the dark chocolate and pour it over the ice cream cake just before serving.
7. Decorate with marshmallows and serve immediately. Enjoy!
