A delicious Tiramisu that perfectly combines the flavors of coffee, Baileys, and mascarpone. It's a great dessert for celebrations or special moments.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes + chilling time
Serving Size: 6-8 servings

Ingredients:

- 1.75 dl cold strong coffee (espresso)
- 1.3 dl Baileys cream liqueur
- 250 g mascarpone cheese
- 2 eggs
- 75 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 package of ladyfinger biscuits (about 200 g)
- Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions:

1. Prepare the espresso and let it cool.
2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
3. Gradually add the mascarpone and mix until smooth.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the cooled espresso and Baileys.
5. Quickly dip the ladyfinger biscuits into the coffee-Baileys mixture and arrange them in a serving dish.
6. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the biscuits.
7. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone mixture.
8. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
9. Before serving, sift cocoa powder on top.
