A delightful dessert combining mint, chocolate, and cream. Perfect for special occasions. Preparation Time: 30 minutes + 2 hours chilling
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients
- About 100 g Pätkis chocolate - About 12 savoiardi biscuits
- 1 tbsp Baileys liqueur
- 1 tub (250 g) quark or cream cheese
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 dl heavy cream
- About 1 dl cold espresso or dark coffee
Instructions
1. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. 2. Gently fold in the quark, sugar, and Baileys liqueur into the whipped cream. Mix well.
3. Chop the Pätkis chocolate into small pieces.
4. Prepare a serving dish or individual dessert glasses.
5. Dip the savoiardi biscuits into the cold espresso and layer them in the serving dish.
6. Spread a layer of the cream-quark mixture over the biscuits and sprinkle with chocolate pieces.
7. Continue layering with the remaining ingredients until all are used, finishing with chocolate pieces on top.
8. Allow the tiramisu to chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
