This delicious ground beef sauce is a perfect addition to potatoes or pasta. Easy to prepare and loved by the whole family! Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 large yellow onions
- 800 g ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- About 5 tbsp canola oil
- About 7 tbsp all-purpose flour
- About 1.2 liters of water
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the onions.
2. Heat 5 tbsp of canola oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they are soft and translucent.
4. Add the ground beef and brown it well.
5. Season with salt.
6. Sprinkle the flour over the ground beef and mix well.
7. Pour in the water and stir until smooth.
8. Allow the sauce to simmer on low heat for about 15-20 minutes, until it thickens.
9. Serve warm with potatoes or pasta.
