This delicious ground beef and rice mix is a quick and easy weeknight meal that the whole family will enjoy.

Ingredients:
- 400-500 g ground beef
- 1 onion
- 2 servings of jasmine rice
- Approximately 125 g sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions.
2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Add the chopped onion to the beef towards the end of cooking and sauté until the onion is slightly soft but still crisp.
4. Mix the cooked ground beef with the rice.
5. Stir in the sour cream and mix well.
6. Let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
