Ingredients:
- 500 g ground beef
- 1 small cabbage
- 1 onion
- 4 dl beef broth
- 1 bell pepper
Instructions:
1. Finely chop the onion and bell pepper.
2. Heat a skillet and brown the ground beef. Add the onion and bell pepper, and cook until the onion is soft.
3. Shred the cabbage and add it to the skillet. Mix well.
4. Pour the beef broth over the mixture and let it simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes, until the cabbage is tender.
5. Serve warm.
