Ingredients:
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 250 g fresh mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Instructions:
1. Rinse the tomatoes and slice them.
2. Slice the mozzarella cheese.
3. Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices alternately on a plate.
4. Tear the basil leaves and sprinkle them over the salad.
5. Prepare the dressing by mixing olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
