A delicious dish that uniquely combines curdled milk and chicken, creating a flavorful and rich meal perfect for a weekend dinner! Preparation Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken breast fillets- 200 ml milk
- 100 ml cream
- 1 onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme (or 1 tsp dried)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Fresh herbs for serving (e.g., parsley)
Instructions:
1. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic cloves.2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sautéing until soft.
3. Cut the chicken breast fillets into strips and add to the skillet. Cook until the chicken is done and has a nice color.
4. Pour the milk and cream into the skillet. Add salt, black pepper, and thyme. Mix well.
5. Simmer on low heat for about 10-15 minutes, until the mixture thickens slightly and the milk curdles.
6. Stir in the lemon juice and let it simmer for a few more minutes.
7. Serve with fresh herbs and enjoy!
