Spicy and juicy pork tenderloin marinated with jalapeños and served with a delicious yogurt sauce. Preparation time: 1 hour

Ingredients:
- 600 g pork tenderloin
- 1 cup Bulgarian yogurt
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons red jalapeños
Marinade:
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
1. Prepare the marinade by combining oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl.
2. Cut the pork tenderloin into suitable pieces and place them in the marinade. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the marinated pork pieces. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until the meat is cooked through.
4. Meanwhile, mix the Bulgarian yogurt, tomato paste, and jalapeños in a bowl. Season with salt to taste if needed.
5. Serve the cooked pork with the yogurt sauce on the side.
