Ingredients:
- 10 fresh jalapeños
- 200 g cream cheese or similar fresh cheese
- 100 g shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar)
- 10 slices of bacon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and carefully remove the seeds.
3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and shredded cheese. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika if desired.
4. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
5. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a slice of bacon.
6. Place the bacon-wrapped jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the jalapeños are tender.
