*Delicious grilled pizza topped with cheese, ham, pineapple, and sausage. Perfect for a summer barbecue!* *Preparation Time: 30 minutes | Serving Size: 2-4 servings*
Ingredients:
- 250 g durum wheat flour (or regular wheat flour)
- 150 ml water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 100 g ketchup
- 50 g BBQ sauce
- 150 g shredded mozzarella cheese
- 100 g cold smoked ham
- 100 g crushed pineapple
- 100 g sausage
- Oil for grilling surface
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, olive oil, and water until combined. Knead the dough until it is soft and elastic.
2. Roll out the dough into a very thin sheet.
3. Grease the grill or a baking surface with oil.
4. Place the pizza base onto the greased surface.
5. Combine the ketchup and BBQ sauce, then spread it evenly over the pizza base.
6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
7. Add your desired toppings: cold smoked ham, crushed pineapple, and sausage.
8. Top with a bit more cheese over the toppings.
9. Preheat the grill to high and cook the pizza for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the base is slightly charred.
10. Remove the pizza from the grill, cut into slices, and serve immediately.
