A delicious homemade pizza cooked on the grill, topped with your favorite ingredients. Preparation Time: 1 hour 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g pizza flour
- 2 dl warm water
- 25 g fresh yeast
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 200 g tomato sauce
- 200 g cheese (e.g., mozzarella)
- Your choice of toppings (e.g., pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, olives)
Instructions:
1. Dissolve the yeast in warm water and add sugar. Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes.
2. In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil.
3. Knead the dough by hand for about 10 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
4. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
5. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
6. Roll out the dough to your desired thickness.
7. Transfer the dough to the grill and cook for a few minutes until the bottom is slightly browned.
8. Flip the crust, spread tomato sauce on top, add cheese, and your chosen toppings.
9. Grill the pizza for a few more minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges are crispy.
10. Remove the pizza from the grill, slice it, and enjoy!
