Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- Tortillas
- Tomatoes, sliced
- Shredded cheese
- Pepperoni or ham
- Onion, chopped
- Bell pepper, chopped
- Spices (salt, pepper, oregano)
- Salsa or tomato sauce
Instructions:
1. Cut the tortillas in half.
2. Place tomato slices on one half of each tortilla.
3. Add shredded cheese, pepperoni or ham, onion, and bell pepper.
4. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and oregano.
5. Optionally, add salsa or tomato sauce.
6. Fold the tortilla in half and place it on a hot grill.
7. Grill on both sides until the cheese melts and the tortillas are nicely browned.
8. Enjoy while warm!
