Ingredients:
- 250 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne)
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 100 ml grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute.
3. Add fresh spinach to the pan and cook until wilted and soft.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir well. Allow the sauce to simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
5. Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the sauce and mix until the cheese melts.
6. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and stir thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper.
