Ingredients:

Grilled Caesar Salad:
- 1 large romaine lettuce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 cup croutons
- Black pepper to taste
Rhubarb Pork Chops:
- 4 pork chops
- 200 g rhubarb, chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Rhubarb-Ginger-Strawberry Lemonade:
- 200 g rhubarb, chopped
- 150 g strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 liter water
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- Juice of 1 lime

Instructions:

1. Grilled Caesar Salad:
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Cut the romaine lettuce in half and brush the cut side with olive oil.
- Grill the lettuce for about 2-3 minutes on each side until grill marks appear.
- Serve with Parmesan cheese, Caesar dressing, croutons, and black pepper.
2. Rhubarb Pork Chops:
- In a bowl, mix rhubarb, honey, soy sauce, and ginger.
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper, then marinate in the mixture for about 15 minutes.
- Grill the chops for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Serve with the rhubarb sauce.
3. Rhubarb-Ginger-Strawberry Lemonade:
- In a pot, boil rhubarb, strawberries, sugar, water, and ginger for about 10 minutes until the rhubarb is soft.
- Strain the mixture and add lime juice.
- Serve over ice.
