A classic Caesar salad featuring crisp romaine lettuce, crunchy croutons, and a creamy dressing.

Ingredients

- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 can of anchovy fillets
- 0.5 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1.5 cups olive oil
- 4 slices of white bread
- 5 heads of romaine lettuce
- 1.5 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 0.5 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1.5 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp Parmesan shavings

Instructions

1. Crush the garlic cloves and mix with olive oil. Let it infuse.
2. Toast the white bread slices until golden brown, then cut into cubes.
3. Tear the romaine lettuce into a bowl.
4. Add the toasted bread cubes, grated Parmesan, and anchovy fillets to the lettuce.
5. In a separate bowl, mix together lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and the garlic-infused olive oil.
6. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well.
7. Garnish with Parmesan shavings and serve immediately.
