Ingredients:
- Thick slices of white or dark bread
- Olive oil cooking spray
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 0.5 tsp dried oregano
- Salad leaves (e.g., romaine)
- Salt
- Pepper
- (Optional: shredded carrots, cucumber, sliced radishes)
Instructions:
1. Tear the salad leaves into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl.
2. Season the salad leaves with salt and pepper. Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
3. Cut the bread into cubes and spread them on a baking sheet.
4. Spray the bread cubes with olive oil cooking spray.
5. Sprinkle garlic salt and dried oregano over the bread.
6. Bake the bread cubes in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 10-15 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
