Ingredients:
- 300 g honey-marinated chicken fillets or breast pieces
- 1 pack wheat toast bread
- 2 large garlic pickles
- 1 pack cherry or plum tomatoes
- 100 g romaine lettuce
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- 50 g Caesar dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the honey-marinated chicken fillets in a skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes per side until cooked through. Let cool and slice into strips.
2. Toast the wheat bread until golden brown and cut into cubes for the salad.
3. Slice the garlic pickles and halve the cherry or plum tomatoes.
4. Tear the romaine lettuce into a bowl and add the cooked chicken strips, bread cubes, pickles, and tomatoes on top.
5. Grate Parmesan cheese over the salad and drizzle with Caesar dressing. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Gently toss and serve immediately.
