Grillipizza
recipe
A delicious grilled pizza topped with fresh ingredients. Preparation time: 1 hour (plus overnight rising)
Serving size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g pizza flour
- 300 ml water
- 1 packet dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Tomato sauce
- 200 g mozzarella cheese
- 100 g prosciutto or smoked ham
- 50 g blue cheese
- Fresh chili
- Fresh herbs (e.g., basil)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine pizza flour, dry yeast, salt, and olive oil. Gradually add water and knead the dough for about 10 minutes.
2. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in the refrigerator overnight.
3. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and divide it into small pieces. Shape them into balls and let them rest for a moment.
4. Prepare the toppings: chop the mozzarella, prosciutto, blue cheese, and chili. Set all the toppings next to the grill.
5. Heat the grill, ensuring one side has a good ember and the other side is empty.
6. Roll out the dough into a slightly thicker round and grill it on the hot side for about 2 minutes on each side.
7. Remove the grilled base, spread tomato sauce on top, and add the toppings.
8. Move the topped pizza to the cooler side of the grill and cook for another 5-7 minutes, until the cheese melts and the base is crispy.
9. Remove the pizza from the grill, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve immediately.
