A rich and delicious dessert that combines melted cheese with sweet toppings. Preparation time: 10 minutes. Serving size: 4.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 dl heavy cream
- 200 g Kainuu cheese bread
- 1 dl cloudberry jam
Instructions:
1. Cut the cheese bread into nine squares and then into triangles.
2. Place a couple of cheese triangles in the raclette pan for each serving.
3. Pour heavy cream over the cheese, or drizzle caramel sauce if using berries.
4. Heat in the raclette pan for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
5. Serve immediately with cloudberry jam or your choice of berries.
