Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g fresh or frozen raspberries - 200 ml heavy cream
- 100 ml condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Blend the raspberries using a hand blender or regular blender until you achieve a smooth puree. 2. Add the heavy cream, condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt to the raspberry puree. Mix well.
3. Pour the mixture into a plastic bag and seal it tightly.
4. Place the bag in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
5. Once the ice cream is frozen, cut open the bag and serve the ice cream in scoops.
