Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., tagliatelle or spaghetti) - 200 g smoked meat slices
- 1 dl cream
- 1 dl milk
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve a little pasta water. 2. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the onions until soft.
3. Add the smoked meat slices to the pan and cook briefly until heated through.
4. Pour in the cream and milk, stir well, and let simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
5. Season with salt and pepper. If the sauce is too thick, add a bit of reserved pasta water.
6. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and mix thoroughly.
7. Serve the portions garnished with fresh parsley.
