Ingredients:
- 500 g smoked meat
- 4 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary or 1 tsp dried
- 2 dl cream
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the potatoes and carrots into bite-sized pieces.
2. Peel and finely chop the onion.
3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and add the onion. Sauté until soft.
4. Add the chopped potatoes and carrots to the skillet. Cook for a few minutes.
