A delicious pork steak wrapped in bacon and served with a rich cream sauce, perfect for surprising Dad on Father's Day.

Ingredients:

- 600 g pork tenderloin
- 8 slices of bacon
- 2 dl cream
- 0.5 dl rum
- 1 dl grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh sage leaves, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying

Instructions:

1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add oil.
2. Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper. Wrap the bacon slices around the steaks.
3. Fry the steaks in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they are golden brown. Remove the steaks from the skillet and place them in a baking dish.
4. In the same skillet, combine cream, rum, Parmesan cheese, and sage leaves. Heat the mixture over low heat until smooth.
5. Pour the cream sauce over the steaks in the baking dish.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 15-20 minutes until the steaks are cooked through.
7. Serve warm, accompanied by potatoes or salad.
